Echelon Etiquette

I think we can all agree that sometimes being a grown-up is hard and we could all use a little "me" time. Luckily, Echelon Spa is here to help you do just that! We just have a few things we need to go over before your arrival.

We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled service time. This will give you plenty of time you to enjoy a complimentary beverage, change into our plush robes, and notify your therapist of any relevant medical history, conditions, or preferences. This allows your therapist to provide you with a treatment tailored to your needs and ensures that your service will begin on time.

Unfortunately, arriving late may limit your treatment time, as we must honor our schedule so the next guest will not be delayed. Should you arrive late and have your service shortened as a result, you will still be charged the full value.

What is spa etiquette?

The purpose of these policies is to explain the expected etiquette and conduct during your time at Echelon. These policies help us keep our guests safe and satisfied.

— Guests are expected to behave politely, respectfully, and in a way that does not disturb or insult other guests or staff members.

— Silence all cell phones. Spa time is a great excuse to "unplug" from all the pains of being a grown-up.

— When receiving a Massage Service, be vocal about your preferences. Let your therapist know if the massage pressure is too firm or too soft, if the temperature of the table needs adjusting, etc. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.

— As much as possible, try to be a considerate spa guest. Remember that other people are also on their own relaxation journey.

— Be aware that not all spa services are all-inclusive. For instance, you may be asked during a facial or body treatment if you’d like to include an enzyme peel or another “add-on.” Don’t be embarrassed to ask if something is included in the service price or if there is an additional charge.

I need to cancel my reservation, what do I do?

Our reservations fill up fast and, most of the time, we're on a waitlist for services, so to ensure our availability for all guests, Echelon Spa has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy that protects its service providers and its guests. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 48 hours' notice, for whatever reason, may be charged a non-refundable service charge. For spa parties of 3 or more that cancel or reschedule with less than full 7 days’ notice are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled by text, social media, or email will not be accepted. If you are booking for yourself and a guest or party under your name, you assume all responsibility for charges as well as any liability, due to add-ons or relating to the cancellation policy. For instance, if you book for a friend or loved one and they cannot make it, you will be responsible for the cancellation charge. The management of Echelon Spa LLC reserves the right to change and/or update and/or establish new policies, from time to time, at its sole discretion, and without the need for consent and/or prior notice. In the event of a conflict and/or inconsistency between our policies and any publication and/or oral statement, our policies prevail.
